Campus Safety and Security Resources
- Berkeley International Office (BIO): BIO provides a range of resources for international students, including both virtual and in-person advising services. Additional support including BIO Immigration Policy Changes FAQ, regular Immigration Policy Updates, travel and re-entry to the U.S., and Know Your rights resources as an international student and scholar. - Night Shuttle (3am-5:30am): Door-to-Door is a free shuttle service booked through the Downtowner app 15 minutes before your desired pick-up time within the pick-up area and drop-off service area boundaries. Learn more about the Night Shuttle
- Night Safety Services (Dusk to 2:30am): Safewalk is a student-run operation that provides free late-night walking escorts within these service boundaries. You can request an escort through the Downtowner app or by phone (510)642-9255 (642-WALK) 15-20 minutes before your desired pick-up time. The last call is accepted at 2:30am. - Undocumented Student Program: The Undocumented Student Program provides a range of resources for undocumented students such as the Undocumented Community Resource Center, counseling, financial support, mental health support, legal support, and professional development opportunities. Community Resources
- Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR): CAIR-CA, as part of CAIR’s nationwide network, works to uplift and protect the rights of California’s Muslim communities through civil rights advocacy, media outreach, government affairs, and community empowerment.
- Institute for Palestine Studies (IPS): Institute for Palestine Studies (IPS), founded in 1963 in Beirut, is an independent nonprofit research institute, unaffiliated with any political organization or government. The creation of the institute, the first of its kind in the Arab world, occurred at a time when the Palestine Question was regaining its central place in inter-Arab politics and when Palestinian identity was regaining its vitality. The institute has produced numerous journals, books, and blogs, and has organized conferences, workshops, seminars, lectures, and various other events and projects.
- Palestine Legal: Palestine Legal is an organization with attorneys in the Bay Area that provide legal services, training, advocacy, and litigation support to college students, grassroot activists, and affected communities who stand for justice in Palestine.
- Palestinian American Coalition: This coalition is a community of Palestinian- Americans seeking to forge meaningful connections and to share Palestinian Culture and traditions with the broader community.
- Palestinian American Research Center (PARC): PARC is a non-profit organization that promotes and facilitates scholarly research by providing research fellowships, collaborative scholarly research, and funding for research on Palestinian history, society, and culture.

Reporting Forms
- For reports of discrimination and harassment, please submit a report to the Office of Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination (OPHD) to the UC Incident Reporting Form for Harassment and Discrimination.
- For violations of the UC Berkeley Code of Conduct, please submit a report to the Center for Student Conduct by using the Incident Report Form
- For University staff support to address prevention and intervention for harm and violence on campus, and for overall support to students experiencing or causing distress in the campus community, please submit a Care Report through the Center for Support and Intervention.
- If you have been doxxed (a tactic where personal information like names and addresses of an individual is shared on the internet as a way to enable and intensify harassment of that individual) for exercising your speech rights, some remedies may be available. The Chancellor’s Office may be able to write a reference letter of support for students about whom false information is published.
