The Division of Equity & Inclusion advances access, belonging, and institutional transformation across UC Berkeley.

Our programs and services support undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, staff, postdoctoral scholars, and campus partners through direct student services, community-based centers, academic initiatives, leadership development, and equity-focused planning.
